Baker Elementary’s Honor Society is partnering with Must Ministries’ Save It Forward program.  Please consider making a non-perishable food donation to help end childhood hunger for students in our community.  Donation bins will be located outside each classroom through Friday, November 10th.

Learn more about Save It Forward and find a list of most needed items here.

If you are a Baker family in need of assistance this holiday season, Baker Elementary PTA may be able to help with clothing, holiday meals, school supplies, and small holiday gifts to help you have a joy filled season.  Please contact our PTA – Summit Baptist liaison: Natalie Swiney at 678-790-5883.

Red Ribbon Week

Blog Image Red Ribbon

This week is red ribbon week at Baker Elementary and we are enjoying everyone’s drug free, school spirit.  As parents, it is important that we set a good example and talk to our children about the dangers of drug use.  You can learn more about how to talk with your children and take the parent pledge at redribbon.org.

Don’t forget:  Thursday’s theme is “Be a super hero & say no to drugs.”  Friday’s theme is “Put a cap on drugs.”
