Nominating Committee Members Needed

Blog Image Nom Com

Baker Elementary PTA is looking for nominating committee members who are familiar with other PTA members in the Baker community.  The nominating committee must consist of 5 voting members and 2 alternates.  You must be a current PTA member to sit on the nominating committee.

The nominating committee will be present for at least 2 general meetings: one to be voted in as the nominating committee and one to present a slate of officers.

The nominating committee will also attend approximately 3 morning meetings to create a slate of nominees for next year’s executive committee.

The nominating committee selects their own committee chairperson.  The chairperson will make sure that nominations and elections occur according to the Baker Elementary PTA by-laws and meet all deadlines.  If you are interested in being on the nominating committee, please contact Naomi Rohrbaugh at NJR711@gmail.com.

*Being on the nominating committee does not prohibit you from running to be a future officer.  Current PTA presidents are prohibited from being on the committee.
